Kalamazoo Industries S6MS 6 x 48 industrial belt sander & stand is sold with a powerful 3HP 1PH, 110V or 220V or 3PH, 220V or 440V (specify voltage and phase at order) motor.
This sanders head is a multi-position head vertical or horizontal and any position in between. All that you need to do is loosen a couple of socket head cap screws slightly adjust accordingly then re-secure hardware.
